Life Coach Wright is a cultural visionary, devoted family man, and the head pitmaster of Wright's Lounge BBQ PMA, a private membership association rooted in the rich traditions of African American barbecue culture.
His journey started at a backyard cookout in Grand Rapids, Michigan. At just 20 years old, when the person working the grill got sick, Andre was called to step in. With no experience but a deep sense of purpose, he was handed 20 whole rabbits to season and smoke. The outcome spoke louder than words. Guests said it was the best they had ever tasted. That moment sparked more than a skill. It awakened a lifelong mission.
Now, as the lead pitmaster of Wright’s Lounge BBQ PMA, Andre carries that flame with intention. Through the pit, he brings people together. Every fire lit, every rack smoked, every plate shared is a celebration of Black resilience, legacy, and the sacred rhythm of the grill.
Andre is more than a man behind the flame. He is a keeper of ancestral rhythm, a builder of sacred space, and a guide to what it means to gather with meaning.

As the author of "Cooking with Lady Wright: Oven Ready Meals", Elisa brings her love of flavorful, home-cooked meals into the Wright brand. From fine-tuning recipes to managing the details that make the business thrive, her dedication ensures everything runs smoothly.
Elisa’s unwavering support and innovative ideas are the backbone of the Wright family’s journey, helping transform their vision into a brand that celebrates bold flavors, family, and community. She’s not just part of the team—she’s its heart.

At just 7 years old, Sebastian is already an integral part of the Wright Seasonings family. Known for his sharp palate and love for bold flavors, Sebastian is the ultimate taste tester, giving his final stamp of approval to every seasoning we create. As our charismatic spokesperson, he’s the face (and the taste!) behind the flavorful magic of Wright Seasonings.
But that’s not all—Sebastian is gearing up to launch his very own line of seasonings, coming in 2025! With his unique ideas and passion for big, bold tastes, he’s ready to bring something exciting to kitchens everywhere.

Damarion Smith, 13 years old and a proud part of the Wright family, is the inspiration behind the upcoming K&S BBQ Sauce, set to launch in 2025. Though Damarion lives in Florida and the family’s time with him is limited, his influence and role in the vision of Wright Seasonings and Wright’s Lounge are undeniable. His initials in K&S BBQ Sauce symbolize his place in the heart of everything the Wrights are building. Despite the distance, Damarion’s imprint on the family’s journey is powerful and lasting.
